Casinos in the US state of Pennsylvania are reopening today after having been closed since December 12.



Capacity is limited to 50 per cent. Exceptions are Rush Street’s Rivers Philadelphia, which will remain closed until further notice, and Churchill Downs’ Presque Isle, which will open tomorrow.
