Cashless comes to Nevada casinos

Home » Cashless comes to Nevada casinos

Casinos in the gambling destination of Nevada, US, are at last being permitted to offer their guests cashless gaming, says Fantini’s Gaming Report.

The move has been on the cards for some time, but the Covid-19 pandemic has increased awareness of the issue. Now the Nevada Gaming Commission has removed the prohibition on the transfer of funds from a financial institution to a gaming device.

Now an electronic wallet will be employed to house a player’s stake, rather than directly from a bank account. Several payments specialist companies have been working on this sector of the gambling industry, reports the news service.
