Another round of casino closures has started in Canada, following a rise in Covid-19 infections.
Century Casinos announced yesterday that it will temporarily close its Canadian casinos and rac tracks from this coming Saturday to comply with quarantines issued by the Alberta government to contain the spread of the virus.
It is expected that the shutdown will last for four weeks and Century believes that the problems will impact the company’s activities for the first half of 2021.
