A cashless payment system is being installed into the Viejas Casino and Resort in Alpine, California, US, by CPI.
The partnership with Crane Payment Innovations sees Viejas players now able to use mobile payment methods on the slot floor, using CPI’s Advance banknote validators and Easitrax Connect software.
Erich Hans, CFO at Viejas, said: “By allowing our players to bypass traditional funding sources, such as ATMs and/or the cage, we have significantly improved options and convenience.”
