They will work together in developing a consortium for a Wakayama Marina City resort. CNV is one of the most experienced integrated resort development and management organisations in the world and now combines with an internationally renowned casino operator in the bid.

Caesars brings over 80 years of experience of working with municipal and state governments and has more than 50 properties across its brand portfolio. CNV is a Canadian private equity company with experience in 30 different land-based gaming and entertainment resorts in Canada, the US and Chile.

They are joining a group of senior industry leaders in the consortium, including William Weidner, former CEO at Las Vegas Sands, Bradley Stone, former president of global operations at LVS, and Garry Saunders, former COO of Melco Resorts.
