Caesars Entertainments has completed its disposal of Caesars Southern Indiana to the Eastern Band of Cherokee Indians for $250m.
The two parties have now entered into a long-term contract for the continued use of the Caesars brand and Caesars Rewards loyalty programme at Caesars Southern Indiana.
