Caesars Entertainment and VICI Properties have completed the sale of Harrah’s Louisiana Downs Casino, Racing and Entertainment to Rubico Acquisition Corp.
The $22m price tag will be split between the two sellers $16.5m and $5.5m in favour of Caesars.
