BMM Testlabs has been recognised as one of the top 50 workplaces for indigenous STEM professionals.
The full list will appear in the 2021 Spring issue of Winds of Change magazine, published by the American Indian Science and Engineering Society.
“We’re honoured to be recognised on this exclusive list of world-renowned organisations. Our employees are our most important asset and remain at the centre of everything we do,” said Travis Foley, CTO and EVP North America at BMM Testlabs.
“We believe in creating a workplace that supports diverse voices and contributions, as it is an essential element to our continued growth and innovation. Despite the challenges that 2020 brought to businesses everywhere, we’ve continued to focus on making BMM one of the most incredible places to work.”
This distinguished award recognises organisations, like BMM, that go out of their way to provide unique opportunities to Indigenous STEM professionals, offering much-needed support and mentorship to thrive in their careers.
Foley continued: “Our focus for 2021 is to ensure our world-class team of industry experts can continue to succeed and thrive, even in these challenging times. This award not only reinforces our commitment to being the best test lab in the world, but also highlights our dedication to providing a workplace that prioritises diversity, equity and inclusion.”
