BMM launches Quality Assurance in Europe

BMM Testlabs, the product test and certification lab, has announced the formal launch of its Quality Assurance testing services for the European gaming industry.

BMM’s SVP of QA testing worldwide, Linda Lemieux, stated: “BMM’s QA Center of Excellence, established in 2013, has successfully tested over 1,000 Class II gaming products and 1,500 Class III products including large numbers of VLT, lottery, skilled-based games, igaming, online, race and sports wagering and table game products.

“BMM performs black box, white box, pre-compliance, security, automation and performance testing for the largest gaming industry manufacturers. BMM uses QA strategy and best practices, test plans and cases or blend these with our clients as required, carefully separating product certification testing.

“Across its current team of some 160 QA experts, all of whom are ISTQB certified, BMM’s QA metrics include a 98 per cent first-pass rate, 96 per cent on-time delivery and an issue containment rate of 99.3 per cent.”
