After much speculation, the Hamilton Princess Hotel in Bermuda has finally given formal notice of its plans to seek a casino licence.


According to the island’s Royal Gazette, the hotel (pictured) will apply for a licence following the conclusion of the due diligence stage in the application, says the local Casino Gaming Commission.

The first permit for a licence in Bermuda is already well on the way at the St Regis Hotel.
