Allwyn completes Camelot Lottery Solutions Group acquisition

Allwyn has completed its acquisition of the Camelot Lottery Solutions group of companies.

The European lottery operator has taken over the group from Ontario Teachers’ Pension Plan Board.

The companies of the Camelot LS Group will become wholly-owned subsidiaries of Allwyn.

No changes are planned to the Camelot LS Group leadership team.

The move comes after Allwyn signed up to receive €335m in six-year term loans from a group of lenders from a syndicate of international banks.

Allwyn will take control of the UK National Lottery in 2024 having been granted the latest 10-year licence in September.
