Thirty parties, including the likes of Wynn, Las Vegas Sands and Rush Street Gaming, have filed their expressions of interest in building a New York City area casino.
LVS and Wynn join other companies that had publicly expressed their interest – Bally’s, Hard Rock International, MGM, Genting and Okada Manila.
MGM and Genting already operate New York City area slot casinos that they would expand into full casinos if they win licences. Under state law, three casinos can be located in New York City or its surrounding counties.
